WARRANTY

J & D Auto Body warranties every job that they repair with a full, one-year warranty (from date of completion) on all materials and workmanship. All paint surfaces repaired by J & D Auto Body are warrantied to the current owner of the vehicle. This lifetime paint warranty is through the PPG program.

• The following is an example of the J & D Auto Body warranty and the PPG warranty data sheet used to validate the lifetime paint warranty.

  J & D Auto Body warrants that all repairs performed on collision damaged vehicles does meet or exceed industry standards established by the Inter Industry Conference on Auto Collision repair. J & D Auto Body further warrants that all employees performing said collision and paint repairs, will be certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. J & D Auto Body warrants all parts, materials, corrosion protection, and workmanship for one (1) year from completion, and paint finishes for the time stated on the enclosed warrant from PPG.

                      THIS WARRANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  (1) Cosmetic or surface corrosion or damage caused from stone chips, scratches, or other causes.

  (2) Previous conditions of structural, cosmetic, or mechanical deficiencies.

  (3) Damage caused from chemicals or cleaning agents.

  (4) Environmental damages such as acid rain, pollution, or industrial fall-out.

  (5) Damage caused from abuse, modification, or collision.

  (6) Loss of time, work, or other inconvenience.

  (7) Warranted parts or services secured or obtained from another repair facility.
