Hassle-Free Customer Service
We offer curb-to-curb customer service. We can pick up your damaged vehicle, bring you a rental car to drive while your car is in the shop, and return your vehicle to you when it is done. We will perform a 25-point quality control inspection on every vehicle we repair, and we will wash the exterior and completely clean the interior of your vehicle before returning it to you. All this with personalized service that you thought did not exist anywhere in the fast-paced world that we live in today.
We have rental cars at our facility and direct insurance billing for your convenience. Whatever your transportation needs are, we can take the hassle out of renting a vehicle.
Towing & Emergency Road Service
We provide 24-hour towing and emergency road service, including AAA, Cross Country, Farmers Insurance, National Auto Club, State Farm Insurance, General Motors, Good Sam, and Geico. Our drivers are trained and certified. We use only late model, fully equipped trucks that have air conditioning and cellular phones.

Only at J & D Auto Body can you access the repair photos of your vehicle, while it is being repaired. We have found that many of our customers would like to keep (before and after) photos as a reminder of what their vehicle looked like when it was damaged. Others are curious about how it was repaired, or would like to check on the progress. Every day, digital photos of the vehicle are taken and uploaded to our website. Along with these photos will be a brief note concerning the status of the repairs. Simply by accessing our web site, you and your insurance company can view photos of your vehicle at different stages of repair. We are proud of the work we do at J&D Auto Body, and we want you to know everything is being done to help get your car back on the road. You may choose to download and print these photos.
